IWB Terminal is a portfolio analytics and education tool for options-income investors. It displays and analyzes information about accounts and positions that you provide or connect.
The Service is NOT financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in the Service (including risk grades, scores, alerts, simulations, income figures, "guardrails," AI copilot responses, or any other output) is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security or to pursue any strategy. All output is educational information computed from data you supplied. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and no advisor-client relationship is created by your use of the Service. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.
Market data, brokerage data, prices, calculations, AI-generated responses, and every other number in the Service may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or simply wrong. Data feeds fail; models simplify (for example, margin is modeled with Reg-T maintenance while real brokers apply their own house rules); synced data can lag your broker. Never rely on the Service as your sole source of information. Your brokerage's own records are the authoritative source for your accounts. We make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in the Service.
Options involve substantial risk and are not suitable for all investors. Selling puts can obligate you to purchase securities at significant cost; losses can exceed premiums received; margin can amplify losses. Read the OCC's Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options before trading. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
If you connect a brokerage account, the connection is made through SnapTrade, a third-party service, on a read-only basis. The Service cannot place, modify, or cancel trades, and cannot move money. You authenticate directly with your brokerage; we never see or store your brokerage password.
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and data at any time from the Account tab or by emailing us.
The Service costs $5/month, billed through Whop; cancel anytime through Whop. Pricing may change with notice; refunds are handled per Whop’s policies. Beta software may contain bugs. See Sections 2 and 8.
Don't misuse the Service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling of data, abusive load, or unlawful use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVESTINGWITHBRANDON, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
The Service, its design, and its content (excluding your data) are owned by InvestingWithBrandon, LLC. Your portfolio data remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes shall be brought in courts located in Ohio.
